Shipping and Return Policy

Once order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Standard processing timeframe is 2-3 business days and standard shipping timeframe is 3-5 business. Shipping will occur after the order has been processed.  All orders require a signature and must be signed for. 

 

Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address. Billing and Shipping address must be the same in order to prevent fraud. Once your package is received by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of them. If you have any issues with your package, please contact the shipping carrier. 

 

In order to ensure a quick delivery, there will be no changes made to your order once your payment is complete. Please ensure that everything is correct prior to check out. 

 

All sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. 

 

Exchanges are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our behalf. 

 

Hair Care Tips

 

Here are a few hair tips we recommend to preserve your tresses. Before you install, co-wash your extensions with shampoo and conditioner. Always use sulfate free products and allow hair to air dry.  Avoid using alcohol based products as products will dry out hair. Also avoid heavy oils/grease which will lead to product build up.  Always comb extensions with a paddle brush or wide tooth comb. Start from the bottom (ends) and work your way to the top (root) to avoid breakage. When styling extensions use a heat protectant to avoid damage. Keep in mind, excessive heat can alter the original wave pattern of your hair. Daily maintenance of your hair determines the longevity of your extensions. Before bed, comb through your hair with a wide tooth comb/paddle brush to avoid being tangled. We recommend sleeping with a silk pillow case, satin scarf, or bonnet for the best results. Remember in order to preserve your bundles, you must treat hair as if it’s your own. With proper care, hair should last up to one year or longer. 

 

How many bundles are recommended?

14”-18”= 3 bundles 

20”-26”= 4 bundles

28” and above = 5 bundles
